"That doesn’t sound like me at all!"

Sometimes, when reading about your main zodiac (sun) sign, you can feel as though it doesn’t quite accurately describe who you are.

The sun sign describes your general personality.  But it is possible to have your planets, houses, moon, and ascendent in other signs that contradict this and make you feel a different way about yourself.  Some planets can describe more accurate your temperament, your attitude toward and what you’re looking for in love, your communication style, how others see you, your mannerisms, your thought process, how you handle your emotions, your drive to succeed, and much more!

This is the main reason I will always, always, always recommend having a natal (birth) chart done.   Not to advertise, but I love http://astro.cafeastrology.com/ & http://www.astro.com.  There are other sites that can provide the same or similar information, but I find this site quite informational.  You can get pages and pages of information that describes your birth chart.  Each planet can influence another, and when you check individual aspects, they can sometimes oppose or conflict one another.  It is necessary to understand that these interactions in the most general senses.  Nonetheless, it can open your eyes up to learn much about one's self.
